The modern space features multimedia exhibits, nature models, and a large section with aquariums and terrariums where live animals (primarily aquatic invertebrates) are displayed. Additionally, on days with favorable weather, visitors have access to an educational playground. The exhibition is designed for self-guided tours, but visitors can always ask staff present in the space for assistance. Our team is happy to answer questions and point out highlights.
The aquariums on display are biotope aquariums, where not only the appearance of selected ecosystems is recreated, but also the natural processes that occur there. As a result, their appearance will change at different times, reflecting the natural cycles present in the environment. Therefore, at various points in the season, it will be possible to observe different animals. Some animals, after spending time in the water, move onto land, while others begin their migration period, during which they will no longer be visible in our aquariums.
The exhibition offers something for everyone, regardless of age. Some exhibits may be more entertainment-focused, some are designed for the youngest visitors, while others provide more in-depth explanations of phenomena, allowing for a deeper dive into the subject matter.
